Best wa...You can totally eat the seeds of the tuna. Best way to eat the fruit is to cut it in half, length-wise, then just peel the skin off each half with your hands and eat. The skin comes off beautifully and leaves all the sour, tough pulp on the skin and leaves the fruit.
